Helping adults find steadiness, clarity, and calm.

You’re used to holding it all together for your family, your work, and everyone who depends on you.
But lately, it’s felt harder to manage the stress, the overthinking, and the constant pressure to keep going.
On the outside, it looks like you have everything under control yet inside, you feel anxious, disconnected, or exhausted.

At Pathways of Courage, therapy is a space to pause, breathe, and get grounded again.

We’ll explore the patterns that keep you overwhelmed and learn realistic ways to manage life’s stressors with clarity and confidence.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor based in Texas. I help adults who feel stuck, anxious, or burnt out find steadiness and self-understanding.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative — blending cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused strategies, and psychoeducation to help you move from overwhelm toward clarity.

About Pathways of Courage

Pathways of Courage, PLLC was created as a space for reflection, healing, and growth.
Therapy here isn’t about perfection it’s about progress.

We help adults who are constantly taking care of everyone else but themselves — those who look “fine” on the outside but feel overwhelmed inside.

Together, we’ll slow down, make sense of what’s been weighing on you, and build practical tools to help you feel more balanced and at peace.
